This is an application for a right of way utility only permit in the City of Lafayette.

Plans can be attached by clicking on the paper clip icon in the upper left corner or they can be submitted separately to permits@lafayette.in.gov. Please include all attachments at once. Once you click submit/accept you will not be able to attach any more documents.

After a complete submission and review we will contact you with further instructions including payment information. Please allow 5-10 business days prior to contacting our office.
