This is an application for a sign permit in the City of Lafayette.

If you are not the deeded owner or authorized agent you must have them submit a seperate owner authorization form.

Please include all attachments at once. Once you click submit/accept you will not be able to attach any more documents. You may also submit attachments to permits@lafayette.in.gov.

After a complete submission and review we will contact you with further instructions including payment information. Please allow 5-10 business days prior to contacting our office.
